Sözenler Emprenye: Modern and Safe Method

Sözenler carries out impregnation using a vacuum-pressure method compliant with European and global standards. This process involves the following steps:

1. Initial Vacuum: Air is removed from the wood cells with a 700 mmHg vacuum, lasting between 15 minutes and 1 hour.
2. Filling with Impregnation Solution: Tanalith E solution is filled into the impregnation tank.
3. Pressure Application: Under 10-12 atm pressure, Tanalith E solution is applied to the wood. The pressure duration varies from 1 to 6 hours depending on wood type and thickness.
4. Final Vacuum: After impregnation, excess Tanalith E is withdrawn and a final vacuum is applied.
